If your radio does not work please interchange the charger and the battery from other radios to determine if the radio is broken.

If your Hytera radio is broken and out of warranty you can request a returned merchandise authorization (RMA). This service allows you to send your broken radio(s) in for repair. Hytera will attempt to repair your broken radio and will return it to you free of any additional shipping charges.
